The P10 is suitable for most door frames, but it's important to check that your doorcase fits within the required measurements. Your door molding should be between 2.35"-7.28" in thickness, 2"-5.3" in height from the wall, and the doorcase should be at least 0.2" thick.

The dynamic handle on the P10 allows for a great workout for your elbow and arm strength, as the climbing rope is connected to the handle and pull-up equipment. This provides a more challenging and free exercise experience compared to traditional pull-ups.
