Please note that items may be shipped in more than one box and may arrive separately. The recommended maximum weights for the power cage are as follows: 1000 lbs for the cage, 300 lbs for the pull-up bar, 800 lbs for a pair of J hooks, 550 lbs for each plate storage peg, and 300 lbs for the cable crossover system.

The 7 Feet Olympic Barbell Bars have a weight capacity of 900 lbs, and the Bumper plates are built to the highest standard for safe weight lifting.
